This product is a liquid level switch designed according to the principle of tuning fork. A piezoelectric crystal is used to cause the tuning fork to vibrate at the natural frequency of the tuning fork. Continuous monitoring can be performed for this frequency change. When the product is used for a low level alarm, the liquid in the container is discharged downwards and flows through the tuning fork, causing a change in the natural frequency. This change is detected by the electronics to switch the output state. When used for high-level alarm, the liquid in the container rises and touches the tuning fork, switching the output state.
The natural frequency of the tuning fork (approximately 1300Hz) is chosen to prevent interference from equipment vibrations. Such disturbances can lead to erroneous switching operations. The length of the tuning fork is shorter, so the length of the vessel or pipe is the shortest. Due to the short tuning fork technology in the product design, it can be used in almost all liquid applications. Extensive research has led to the tuning fork design to achieve the highest operating frequency, making the product suitable for all liquids, including coating liquids (to eliminate fork sticking), aerated liquids and slurries.
