DVS2811 is a full-digital two-phase stepper driver based on DSP control, and the voltage range is from 40V to 130VAC. It is designed for all kinds of two-phase hybrid stepper motors with an outer diameter of 57mm to 110mm and an adjustable phase current of 0.5A to 8.0A. The circuit it adopts is similar to the servo control circuit, which makes the motor run smoothly without noise and vibration.

1. The supply voltage must not exceed 130V.

2. The input control signal is 5V. If it exceeds 5V, a current-limiting resistor needs to be connected. The driver is designed with a 24V signal interface.

3. The input pulse signal is valid on the falling edge.

4. Alarm indicator lightAsset Liability ManagementWhen the temperature of the driver exceeds 80°C, the light is on, and the driver stops working. It starts working again until the temperature drops to 50°C. A heat sink is required in the event of overheating.

5. When two or more drivers are running in the cabinet at the same time, the distance between each driver should be less than 5cm.

6. Alarm indicator lightAsset Liability ManagementLights up when overcurrent occurs (load short circuit). Please check the motor connection and other short circuits, and turn on the power after troubleshooting.
