Re: Yes, the whole working procedure is done by our workshop.

Q 2: How about your stock?
Re: We always have no stock, we produce according to customers' requirements.

Q 3: What's your delivery time?
Reply: It depends on your order. Usually 3-7 days for samples, 30-45 days for standard, 30-60 days for customized.

Q 4: How do you ensure your quality?
Re: First of all, we do quality testing in every process. We produce most of the components by ourselves, it starts from cutting the raw material, the first step is rough machining. Casting, forging, stamping, heat treatment, finishing, painting, assembling and finally packing, we will do spot check on each step.
Secondly, we will collect all comments from customers on our products in time. And try our best to improve the quality.

Q 5: What is your warranty time?
Re: The warranty period is two years for the battery power type, and one year for the others.
