A: Yes, we can provide one or two samples for customers to test for a fee. When the customer places an order, we will refund the sample payment.

A: For our own brands, we do small batch wholesale. This means that even a cardboard box is acceptable. For OEM, the MOQ is 20-500 pieces, depending on your desired model and packaging.

A: For our own brands, we have stock. This means we can ship within a week. For OEM, usually 30 days. If we can confirm the packing fast delivery time can be shorter.

A: For foreign countries, we can provide 1% free spare parts for our own brands.

A: Yes, we do OEM and ODM.

A: If the OEM mould is the same as our own brand: payment term is 30% T/T in advance, the balance is 70% T/T before shipment.
