5. My product was shipped to me damaged. what should I do?
Your product can be shipped to you from China. We inspect and double pack each item before shipping. However, due to the size of most items, handling can be awkward and sometimes cargo crews don't handle them with care. We must count on the consignee to check the condition of the product upon receipt. If you note all damage on your receipt (as you should) then you can file a claim with the shipping company. You can also contact us for our supporting documents if required by the shipping company.
