YFML Series of Semi-auto Laminating Machine
Applications: to suit pre-glued film lamination
Configuration:
1. CE certificate
2. Manual paper feeder
3. Paper regulating plate is adjustable upon paper size to regulate manual paper feeding.
4. Heating method: Electrical tube heater makes temperature rise quickly, and the temperature is adjustable upon laminating requests.
5. Pressuring method: Automatic hydraulic system provides big pressure, and the pressure is adjustable upon laminating requests.
6. Anti-curvature device: The laminated paper goes through anti-curvature device and wont curl after cut.
7. Film cutter: If the width of film roll is longer than papers width or length, then film cutter can cut the redundant film.
8. Perforating wheel perforates holes on film edge for automatic cutting to laminated paper.
9. Paper receiving table: the cut paper is sent to paper receiving table. Height of the table is adjustable.
10. The machine adopts one-piece structure design which makes the machine running stable and lengthens the machines lifetime.
11. SCHNEIDER frequency converter realizes infinitely variable speed, and makes the machines running easy.
12. OMRON electrical and photoelectric control parts are equipped to guarantee good precision and safety of the machine running.
