how to use

1.1 Connection

1. Connect the belt and the engine as shown in Figure 2. Pin them at the waist. Adjust the tightness according to your personal situation. Connect the helmet and the engine with the air supply hose as shown in Figure 1. Adjust the headrest inside the helmet to the proper position. Power up the engine, adjust the airflow to a comfortable level (0-5), and you're ready to go. When the battery power is low and the fan does not work, you need to plug in the power adapter. During charging, the indicator light is red. When charging is complete, the indicator light is blue. The entire charging time is about 10 hours. Plug in the power adapter and you can use it directly.

1.2 Notification

1.2.1 This product should be used after the battery is fully charged. Do not short-circuit the battery. Batteries must be kept away from sources of ignition. The KCM-DZ-S engine can work for 6-8 hours when fully charged, if the working time exceeds 6 hours, a backup battery is required. It also works with the power adapter plugged in, in which case the hours of operation are unlimited.

1.2.2 Put on the helmet and press the bottom of the back of the head frame while rotating left and right. Adjust the tightness according to your individual situation until the helmet is securely on your head. Turn on the power to the engine and walk into the polish.

1.2.3 The air flat tube is on the head frame. This tube supplies fresh air into the helmet. While fresh air flows into the helmet, the mask and face will be separated by the airflow. The helmet between the black flame retardant lining and the head blows excess air out, keeping dust and fumes out.

1.2.4 After the welding work is completed, the helmet needs to be inspected. In case of stains, wipe with a soft cloth or wash with a neutral detergent. Don't clean it with a rough/hard cloth or similar to avoid scratching the glass and helmet surface.

1.3 Replacing filters and seals

1.3.1 High-efficiency particulate filter: The engine is running well, but the airflow is insufficient, and the filter may be full of dust. In this case, you can remove the filter and pat it until the dust is separated, then wipe it with a soft cloth. Or directly wash the black coarse sponge on the filter, and put it back after the sponge is completely dry. Do not use the sponge in the presence of water. The filter should be replaced with repeated use. The filter is a consumable with a service life of about 20 days, and the specific service life is determined by the working conditions.

1.3.2 When replacing the filter, try not to let dust fall into the engine cavity. If dust falls into the cavity, it should be cleaned up immediately, otherwise the purification effect will be affected. It is important to make sure that the front engine cover is firmly seated with the new filter.

1.3.3 The engine case and filter are clean or new. If the breathing tube is dusty or smelly, check the engine or filter seal. If the sealing strip is damaged, please replace it in time.

1.3.4 The filter should be kept away from water. If the filter is damp, please replace it in time.

1.4 Charges

The hole next to the charging speed control board is the power support and charging hole. Use the DC 12V power adapter to charge. This product is rechargeable, and the engine has a built-in intelligent protection circuit, so it will not be overcharged.
