How to create external threads:

1. Select the desired thread diameter and associated pitch.

2. Select the appropriate bolts and fix the appropriate mold in the mold. Before positioning the die on the bolt, deburr the workpiece and file it to a slight taper.

3. Turn the die set back and forth several times to cut off the external threads. Keep the workpiece lubricated with cutting oil. State cutting can only be done from the marked side.

How to Create Internal Threads:

1. Select the desired thread diameter and associated pitch.

2. Drill a pilot hole of suitable diameter.

3. Secure the appropriate tap on the tap wrench. Turn the tapping tool back and forth a few times to cut the thread while pouring cutting oil into the drilled hole.
