usage:

A photoresist flame detector used with Landis & Staefa burner controllers to monitor oil flames in the visible spectrum. Flame detectors are mainly used for burner control of small burners.
* In this type of flame monitoring, oil flame radiation in the visible spectrum is used to generate the flame signal.
* The photosensitive element is a photoresistor.
* In the absence of light, the resistance of the detector is in the MΩ range.
* Resistance decreases with increasing light intensity (kΩ range).
