Briquette all residues of wood, straw, paper, plastic materials, cotton, EFB staple fibers, coconut staple fibers.

The briquetting process can be achieved without the addition of binders for classic octagonal or round briquetting.

Clamping jaws made of strong wear-resistant material are located behind the clamping chamber. It is used to withstand extremely high pressure. Electronic mounting elements support functional safety and optimize briquettes quality.

1) Machine raw material size:

-- Sawdust: less than 10mm

-- Thin wood chips: about 20mm

2) Raw material moisture: 8~15% is the best

-- Less than 8% is no problem, because our brick machine has a wetting device;

-- Above 15% is not suitable for brick making. The drying process before the wood brick machine is necessary
