• Plastic reinforcement wire should be twisted 1.5-2 turns/m
• The rubber reinforcement wire should be twisted at 2-3 turns/meter.
• Use the correct crimp dies and ferrules.

Wired operation

• When the new wire starts running, use less water and a lower wire speed to grind the wire until the diamond comes out. After that, the recommended wire speed of plastic reinforced steel wire is 26-31 m/s; the wire speed of rubber reinforced steel wire is recommended to be 28-36 m/s, and make sure that the steel wire is cooled with appropriate cooling water. For hard stones, the line speed should be reduced accordingly; for soft stones, the line speed should be increased accordingly.

• Storage: Avoid straining the plastic reinforced wire when not in use; Avoid prolonged exposure of the rubber reinforced wire to sunlight and oil contamination of the wire.
• Side threading: appropriately increase the number of twists.
