Product configuration

◭Stainless steel mixing tank has mixing agitator, bottom homogenizer, stainless steel jacket tank shell, motor, electric control box, operating platform, stairs, etc.

In the production process of liquid detergent, various insoluble substances such as AES, AESA and LSA are added to save energy consumption and shorten the production cycle. The high shear homogenizer adopts German technology, 0~3500rpm stepless speed change, the maximum speed can reach 4500rpm, and the shearing degree is about 0.2~5um.

◭The tank body is welded by imported three-layer stainless steel plate. The tank body and pipes are mirror polished or matte, fully complying with GMP requirements.

◭The material can be heated and cooled according to customer requirements. Heating methods include steam heating and electric heating. It is easy to unload, and the bottom is directly unloaded or pumped.
