800A handheld electromagnetic induction heating equipment, professionally used for aluminum foil sealing of containers in medicine, chemical industry, pesticide, food, cosmetics, light industry and other industries.

Containers made of various materials are sealable. Small size, light weight and convenient operation, suitable for small batch production and operation in the laboratory.

The machine works on the principle of electromagnetic induction: the aluminum foil of the bottle mouth is instantly heated and melted by a high degree, so that the bottle mouth is tightly wrapped and sealed.

Sealed moisture-proof, mildew-proof, anti-counterfeiting, anti-theft, prolong the storage time of goods. Sealable containers can be made of PE, PP, PS, PET, ABS, glass, porcelain, etc., but not metal.

The previous style consisted of two parts, an induction power source and an induction head. Now the unique one-piece design of the 800 series combines the power supply and the induction coil in one housing, which improves work efficiency and provides more convenience for users.

Use environment

The ambient temperature of the machine is not higher than 45 ℃, and the relative humidity is lower than 80%. The machine should be placed in a ventilated environment. Cooling holes on the bottom and sides of the machine should be clean and unobstructed. Excessive temperature or humidity can affect the life of electronic components and even damage the device directly.

When you set the machine to manual mode, we need to press the handle switch after placing the bottle under the capping head.

When you set the machine to smart mode, after we put the bottle under the center of the sealing head, the machine will automatically seal without pressing the handle switch.
