Q: How do we get a sample?
A: Sample orders are acceptable. Please contact us for availability.

Q: Are samples free?
A: Samples can be free, but they incur shipping costs.

Q: How long is the lead time for shipments?
A: In general, the lead time is about 45 to 60 days. Please confirm an exact delivery time frame with us, as different products and quantities will have varying lead times.

Q: How are products packed and shipped?
A: Normally, products will be packed in exporting cartons. If you have any special requirements, please inform us when ordering.

Q: Can a proprietary logo be placed on products?
A: OEM is available. Please contact us to confirm the details before placing an order.

Q: What are your Payment Terms?
A: Both T/T and L/C are accepted. 

 
Q: What is your MOQ requirement?
A: It depends on the product which can range from 500-10,000 pcs. Please contact us for product specific information.

Q: What is your MOV requirement?
A: The minimum of value is USD$8,000 per shipment invoice to avoid a shipping & handing charge of USD$200. For more details, please contact us.

Q: Can we make ODM products?
A: Yes. we can OEM, also ODM business.

Q: Do you offer exclusivity?
A: The exclusivity can be offer, but it depends on what market you are in, please check with us.
