There are different kinds of mixers: (other mixers can be customized)
1. Magnetic stirrer with propeller impeller at the bottom, rotating speed 50-400rpm or 50-800rpm. This blender is for mixing thin consistency, such as eye drops, injections, CIP solutions, water, etc.
2. Top mechanical agitator with propeller impeller, fixed speed 71rpm or adjustable 20-200rpm or special requirements. Such agitators are used to mix syrups, injections, blood, oral liquids, culture media, and the like.
3. Top mechanical agitator with anchor or frame impeller at 10-70rpm. It is mixed with higher viscosity, such as sediment or viscous oral liquid.
4. Top emulsification homogenizer, the maximum speed of small container is 2900rpm, and the maximum speed of large tank is 1480rpm. This type of mixer is for mixing most high viscosity, such as suspensions, oils, fat emulsions, etc.
5. Bottom emulsification homogenizer, the maximum speed of small container is 2900rpm, and the maximum speed of large tank is 1480rpm. This type of mixer is for mixing most high viscosity, such as suspensions, oils, fat emulsions, etc.

Stainless steel mixing tanks can generally be divided into three categories in terms of structure:

1. Single-layer structure. No jacket is required to achieve internal coil heating or cooling, or the electric heating tube can be directly inserted into the stirring tank for heating.

2. Double layer structure. The jacket can be used for heat transfer oil circulation heating, water circulation heating, steam heating and other heating methods. According to the heating temperature, electric heating can be selected if there is no steam boiler, and water bath heating can be selected if the temperature requirement does not exceed 100℃. This structure has no insulating layer, so the heat is volatile.

3. Three-layer structure. With rock wool or polyurethane (PU) insulation and 2mm stainless steel coating, the mixing tank is elegant.

2. The material can be heated or cooled according to the process requirements, and the heating method can choose steam heating or electric heating according to customer requirements;

3. There are various forms of agitators, suitable for the production of different types of products;

4. The material is SUS304 or 316L stainless steel, and the tank body and pipe are mirror polished;

5. Optional dispersing head or emulsifying head can accelerate the dissolution and emulsification of materials; it integrates high-speed shearing, dispersion, homogenization, mixing and crushing. The emulsification tank also has the functions of heating, cooling, heat preservation and stirring. The tank is designed with inlet and outlet to provide all conditions for the emulsification process

6. The stainless steel electric control box can comprehensively monitor the operation of the equipment, and can display data such as temperature and stirring speed;
