This dual power transfer controller is used between off-grid systems and utility power. The controller is connected to the public power supply, inverter, battery and load respectively, as shown in the picture, on the top of the controller, there is an on/off switch, please make sure that all cables are well connected and then turn on the controller.

The controller can be used with solar energy systems and wind energy systems.
There are 5 indicator lights above the controller
(1) Utility power indicator
(2) Inverter indicator light
(3) (4) (5) 3 battery status indicators
The battery indicator shows the battery charge status at 75%, 50% and 25%.

System working specifications:

Process 1: When the battery is fully charged by the solar panel or the battery charge exceeds 75%, the inverter indicator (2) and the battery status indicator (3) will flash green. In the process, electricity is provided by an off-grid system.

Process 2: When the battery power is consumed to 50%, the inverter indicator (2) and the battery status indicator (4) will flash green, and the off-grid system will supply power during this process.

Process 3:When the battery power is consumed to 25%, the public power indicator (1) flashes green and the battery status indicator (5) flashes red. At this time, the battery voltage is lower than 10.5V or 21V, and the controller will automatically switch to supply power to the public within 10ms. In the process, electricity is provided by the national grid.

Process 4: When the battery is charged by the solar panel again, the battery will be stored to 50% and the battery status indicator (4) and public power (1) will flash green. During this process, electricity is still provided by the national grid, resulting in the battery voltage not reaching the over-discharge return voltage point

Process 5: When the battery power exceeds 75%, the inverter indicator (2) and the battery status indicator (3) will flash green. At this time, the voltage returns to 13.5V or 27V, and the controller will automatically switch the power to the battery for 10ms. In the process, electricity is provided by an off-grid system.
