This truck is equipped with a cylindrical mixing drum to transport the mixed concrete. During transport, the mixing drum keeps rotating to ensure that the transported concrete does not set. After the concrete has been transported, the inside of the mixing drum is usually rinsed with water to prevent the hardened concrete from taking up space.
