If customers have product quality problems, they should contact us in time so that we can analyze and deal with the products as soon as possible. If the customer needs, we will also assist the customer with technical background design, technical consultation and other services.


2. If the logistics cause damage, how to solve the problem of return and exchange?

Customers can insure against logistics damage; at the same time, our company will try our best to help you file a claim.


3. Samples requested by customers

Samples are proposed for product performance in terms of color, thickness, fragrance type, skin feel, type (serum, cream, liquid or gel) or desired proportions according to the customer's requirements for product quality. If you receive the sample and are satisfied with the sample after use, you can place an order for production. Sampling a product and manufacturing a product are two different processing methods. Some products may be slightly different in color from the sample, but this is a common occurrence in the industry.


4. How long does it take to process a complete brand?

In general, our production lead time is about 7 to 15 working days; however, the actual time it takes should depend on your complete package reaching the factory before it is officially produced and loaded into the container.


5. Can the products processed here be assisted by product testing?

Yes. We can help you submit products under your company's brand name and product name to be tested against you at your company's expense.
