- For forming of Toilet Soap.
- Thin Soap Strips is fed to the Toilet Soap Plodder Machine.
- Soap Strips is formed in the Soap Triple Roll Milling Machine.
- Press worm strongly compresses & forwards the soap strips into the conical forepart through the heating device, finally it leaves the die.
- Heating device is for maintaining proper temperature for the fed material.
- Temperature is maintained with the Electric Thermostat device.
- Toilet Soap & Laundry Soap Plodder Machine compresses the Soap Strips and extrudes it in the form of bars.
- Bars extruded from the Die are of the desired shape and width, than after is cut into required length.
- Changeable Die.
