Basic workflow:

1.The operator places the crates on the feeding part of the crate washing machine.
2.The first stage cleaning (hot water) is used as the initial cleaning and reduce the adhesion of stains.
3. The second stage cleaning (hot water + detergent) as the main cleaning stage, can remove
almost all stains on the bucket surface.
4. The third stage cleaning (room temperature water) as the last stage cleaning, which can remove the detergent.
5. Using a water removal fan to remove water, the air knife can remove most of the free water on the surface of the bucket, which can remove about 70% of free water on the bucket surface.
6. After water removing, the buckets leave the cleaning tunnel and arrive at the unloading station.
7. Personnel move them to areas where they are stored or used.
