R-013 Denafrips ARES II 32Bit/1536kHz 24Bit R2R + 6BIT DSD Balanced Resistance DAC Support DSD1024 SPDIF Receiving Scheme

1. ARES has added the latest USB sound card receiving module developed by ourselves with ARM chip, which enables the decoder to connect to the computer as a sound card. When the digital input from USB, Digital Audio Stream Decoding Supporting PCM32-bit/1536kHz and DSD1024.

Support Mac, Linux, Windows operating systems. With specially developed software, the highest quality digital transmission and decoding capabilities can be achieved.

2. Our SPDIF has abandoned the AK4118 receiver chip and adopted the SPDIF receiver scheme which we independently developed. And Added FIFO. Although this machine uses FIFO, it is super-class in stability, decoding ability and adaptability.

3. According to the sampling rate of the input signal, ARES automatically converts it into a suitable sampling rate of DAC chip. Although DAC chips can receive all sampling rates of audio signals, in fact, the performance of DAC chips is different for different sampling rates due to the limitations of architecture and circuit layout. The digital audio signals with different sampling rates are converted to the best sampling rate of DAC chips by using frequency-up circuit. In this way, no matter what audio format, the best performance can be obtained.

4. This machine adopts 22BIT  R2R +  6BIT DSD mode (32-order FIR analog filter) to form a unique DAC conversion circuit with composite discrete resistance structure. It not only has the advantages of R2R separate architecture, but also can transform the DSD format sound source well.

5. The simplest analog filter makes the audio signal path much shorter, has smaller phase shift, lower distortion and higher signal-to-noise ratio than the traditional filter.
