Q: Can you print my logo on stylus pen?

A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Q: What's your main market?

Q: When do adjust pen tip power higher or lower?

A: Drawing a horizontal line and the lines dose not appear. Require holding your stylus to 45 degree or lower. **Simply pinch the nip and turn the stylus clockwise to EXTENDED.

Q: When stylus will go to sleep mode?

A: When standby, the SMART CONTROL will automatic shut off the power while sitting for 2~3 minutes.

Q: Will my stylus require special software?

A: ios, Android and Most devices. It is not including Microsoft system.
