Our tea bag filter paper is applied in tea bag packing process. During the process, the tea bag filter paper will be sealed when the packing machine temperature is higher than 135 Celsius degree. The main basis weight of the filter paper is 16.5gsm, 17gsm, 18gsm, 19gsm, 21gsm, 22gsm, 24gsm, 26gsm, and the width is 115mm, 125mm, 132mm and 490mm etc. Our filter paper can be used in many different packing machines, such as Argentina Maisa packing machine, Italy IMA packing machine, Germany Constanta packing machine and Chinese CCFD6, DXDC15, DCDDC & YD-49 packing machine.

Filter paper of 16.5gsm and 17gsm can be used in fast speed packing machine (180-250bags / minute), such as Italy IMA machine and Argentina Maisa machine. It has good air permeability and good tensile strength. One kilogram 125mm can produce 7,000 empty bags.

Filter paper of 18gsm and 22gsm can be used in medium speed packing machine (120-180 bags /minute), such as common Argentina Maisa machine and Chinese Nanfeng CCFD6 machine. One kilogram 125mm can produce 6,500 empty bags.

Filter paper of 18.5gsm and 24gsm can be used in slow speed packing machine (65-100 bags/minute), such as Tianjing machine, Fujing machine and Wenzhou machine. One kilogram 125mm can produce 6,000-6,500 empty bags.
