4.  Kindly note don't install it unless you test it well(only Connect lcd to mainboard for testing).  We support returning if you find it is a defective product before you installing. 

5. For the digitizer assemblies you have installed and caused damage, we don't support the returning, please kindly understand.

What's payment terms do you accept?

We accept payment of T/T, Western Union, PayPal and cash only, need to receive 30% deposit first and the balance be paid before shipment.

2. How could I buy products if there is no price on the website?

Buyers need to send required product details via e-mail.

Then a reasonable quotation as request would be provided.

3. Shipment:

How long will it take to deliver the LCD? 

We usually can ship out the lcd screens within 1-3 days for sample order, and 3-5days for bulk order. And we will send you the tracking number the next day after the goods are shipped.

What kind of transportation methods you offer? 

For lcd and spare-parts, we use express delivery like DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT and EMS, also welcome if buyers provide us their accounts to pay the transportation fee. 

For goods with large package, we will transport by air and sea, and we will confirm  freight with buyers’ prior delivery.

4. After-sale service:

What about the  warranty you offer? 

We provide 13 months warranty for all products. There is no warranty if:

1). Man-made damage;

2). The products have been used already;

3). Our label is broken.
