Working Principle

 

1. Principle of dust absorption
As shown in the figure below, after the dust enters the dust collector through the suction port, it
first touches the inclined baffle in the middle of the air inlet, acts as a spoiler for the incoming
gas, changes the direction of the dust, and changes in the air velocity Slow, due to the role of
gravity sedimentation, so that the coarse particles of dust in the gas directly fall into the hopper, play the role of pre-dust.

2. Working principle of pneumatic pulse reverse blowing
The pneumatic pulse reverse blowing system is composed of a cylinder, an electromagnetic
pulse valve, a PLC controller and a compressed air. One end of the pulse valve is connected
with a compressed air storage cylinder, and the other end is connected with a jet tube. The valve cover is provided with an exhaust valve, and the exhaust valve is controlled by a PLC
controller. When no signal is emitted by the PLC controller, the movable baffle of the exhaust valve is in the position of the closed exhaust hole. When the program control signal, the baffle is opened, the compressed air storage cylinder rapid pressure relief, so the corrugated diaphragm inside the exhaust valve is pressed in the opposite direction, the jet mouth open, compressed air pulse valve into the filter cylinder for blowing ash. When the signal disappears, the movable baffle plate is restored to the position of the original closed exhaust valve, and the corrugated film is used to seal the jet opening again, and the spraying automatically stops.

 

Every time the blowing ash is finished at about 0.1 ~ 0.3S, the high-pressure air ejected at this
moment has good cleaning effect.Air enters the filter cylinder at high velocity, the filter
cylinder expands rapidly, causing a shock and vibration, so attached to the dust filter cartridge is
shaken, dust absorption filter material surface in the air under the action is to shake off the dust
hopper. The pulse injection pressure is 0.4 ~ 0.6MPa, and the constant air supply should be
maintained during operation.
