Q: Do you need molds for all the products and parts?

A: For all custom and new developed products & parts, we need to make the extruding mold to ensure the quality; while for our factory own model, no need mold to be made.

Q: How many times of mold cost shall the customer to pay for a long term project?

A: We only charge ONE time mold cost for each new project, no matter how long the project will existing and run.

Q: What is your processing tolerance of the aluminum profile products and parts?

A: Our standard tolerance is ±0.2mm for all the CNC parts.

Q: Can you do surface treatment of the products and parts? If yes, what style you can make?

A: Yes we can do surface treatment with our capable sub contracters, and the normal surfaces are anodize, powder coating and painting.
