 1)Q: How long will it take to make/get a sample?
         For most of products, we would be able to ship the samples within 4 to 7working days once          you confirm order.
2)Q: How can I get a sample?
         1. Specify the items you selected or samples/specs you asked for reverse engineering.
         2. Place Sample P.O. with the agreed prices and wire transfer the payment of samples and 
         freight cost.
         3. Produce the samples; deliver the sample package to specified destination.
3)Q: How much is the freight cost?
         It varies with the products (weight and size), ordered quantity, packing method, shipping              method
         and delivery destination. We have contracted shipping forwarders who can provide you               with
         FOB, CIF, C&F and Door to Door service with our corporate contract rate.
4)Q: How long of product delivery?
         Most of commom items can be finished mass production within 45 days. If we have stock,           we  can ship to you within one week. 
5)Q: What forms of payment do you accept, such as Credit Card?
         We suggested to do TT payment or from Alibaba.
6)Q: What kind of warranty do you offer for your products?
