The working principle of raymond mill

General: crushing--grinding--selecting--collecting
Detailed explanation: The material first enters the jaw crusher to be crushed into smaller sizes. They were then taken to the storage room by elevator. The vibrating feeder evenly feeds the material into the grinding chamber.
When the material enters the grinding chamber of the main machine, due to the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the main shaft, the grinding roller swings outward and presses tightly on the grinding ring. The bucket transports the material between the grinding roller and the grinding ring, and as the grinding roller rolls, the material is ground.
The qualified powder after grinding is selected by the separator through the circulating air of the blower, and the coarse powder will be returned to the grinding chamber for regrinding. Qualified powder is brought into the powder collector by the airflow. The powder comes out as the final product.
